I've been on both sides of construction — and everything in between.
From working on site in various roles and understanding what life actually looks like for a tradesperson today, to running contracts for a Tier 1 contractor where I've overseen supply chains, managed NEC3 contracts, and been in the rooms where decisions about subcontractors get made. I understand the full scale of what gets done, how it gets done, and why.
My construction career started in the British Army, serving as an Engineer — trained across multiple disciplines, leading teams in high-pressure environments worldwide. That foundation shaped how I think, how I problem solve, and how I show up for the people I work with.
The other half of what I bring is what I've built outside of it. I'm a self-taught marketer and entrepreneur who has launched and scaled businesses using nothing but content, consistency, and an understanding of how people connect online. No ad spend. Just the ability to build trust and turn attention into revenue.
I bring all of it to The Construction Mentors. I run the business day to day, lead all content and marketing, and manage client relationships. When a client needs commercial guidance on contracts, CDM, supply chain strategy, or how to position themselves to win better work — that's my territory.
